The Winston-Salem Journal began our partnership with Universal Circulation in late 2004. This relationship is a valued one for us. I have been impressed with the quality of their sales and the professionalism of their staff. We have a comprehensive in-house retention program that begins with field personnel and moves several steps ending with our retention call center. Because of our efforts, our churn rate is in the 30% range. Universal has taken customers we thought could not possibly be saved, and sold many on an EZ Pay order. We do not get complaints about Universal Circulation and subscribers, when asked in a verification call, understand what they have purchased. Universal Circulation has even collected grace period balances for us! I would highly recommend Universal Circulation for your company.
