Carrie McCoig – IT and QA Supervisor
I am the Information Technology and Quality Assurance Supervisor here at Universal. I have been with the company for 2 ½ years and I love it! Everyone works together as a team to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Management is hands-on and always willing to give us guidance. On a regular basis, our President, Michael Kapczynski, talks with all employees about how we are, how the office is functioning and asks for our suggestions on how to improve it. After these last 2+ years, I can’t imagine working anywhere else!

I have been employed with Universal Circulation for over 20 years. Before my arrival, I sold a vast array of products. They include bottled water, earthquake bracing, encyclopedias, water filters, cameras, bumper stickers, newspapers, specialty items, cars, and advertising. To sum it up, I have sold everything in the book. Now, over the last 20 years, I have found a home at UC. I thrive in the competitive environment and camaraderie that is the essence of UC. I am now 59 years old, with 38 years of sales experience under my belt. Retirement is not on the horizon. It’s just too much fun here at my home away from home, UC.
Charlie Eisenberg – Vice President of Sales
Within a year of my college graduation, I began my career with Universal Circulation. The changes over the years have been both challenging and rewarding. I started as a sales rep and quickly moved on to overseeing the retention phone room. My responsibilities evolved into running departments that have done everything from filling seats with doctors at continuing education seminars or sales presentations, to securing contracts for logistics companies, to collecting country club dues or accreditation fees for Better Business Bureaus.
Client relationships last here because our success is defined by how successful our clients are. When it comes times to retire, I will look back on my career here at UC with pride and a sense of accomplishment as mirrored by the sentiments of my dedicated team.
